Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary of the terms that apply to bookings with FOMO Bounce & Party Rentals. A signed rental agreement is provided before delivery and governs in case of any conflict. The SMS messaging terms below apply to anyone who opts in to receive text messages from us.

Booking & Deposit

• A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.
• All bookings must be made by an adult (18+).

Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and professional setup are free within 15 miles of Boca Raton. Beyond that, a per-mile fee applies; addresses outside our service area require a call to arrange delivery.
• We aim to drop off no later than one hour before your event start time. A team member confirms an exact delivery window beforehand.
• The setup area must be a flat, clear surface with access to power within ~100 feet (or a generator arranged in advance).

Rescheduling & Weather

• We offer free weather-related rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• For safety, inflatables cannot be operated in high winds or storms.

Safety & Supervision

• Our equipment is fully insured and SIOTO safety certified, and is cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
• Adult supervision is required at all times during use. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your care.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. FOMO Bounce & Party Rentals offers two separate SMS programs, which you may join independently. Service messages cover your own booking: quote and reservation updates, balance and agreement reminders, delivery and pickup notifications, and weather or safety alerts affecting your event. Promotional messages cover special offers, seasonal discounts, and rebooking reminders.

How you opt in. Each program has its own checkbox on our website forms (contact, quote request, coupon, and party planner) and at checkout. Neither box is ticked for you, and ticking one does not tick the other — you may take service messages about your booking without agreeing to promotions. You can also opt in by texting us first. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Neither consent is a condition of any purchase, booking, or quote.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies — most customers receive a handful of messages around each event, plus occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us, both programs included. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can rejoin any time by opting in again or replying START. To leave only the promotional program and keep booking updates, email info@fomobounce.com or call (561) 728-1660 and we will change it for you. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking — we may still reach you by email or phone about an event you have booked.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. Your mobile number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
